The City of Burnside has acknowledged the historical significance of our 114-year old cottages on Prescott Terrace, including them in Council’s Heritage Plaque Project. The plaque acknowledges the design characteristics of the red brick cottages as well as benefactor Walter H Duncan and architect Charles H Marryat.
