Bequest Clause
“By this will instrument, I bequeath to The Cottage Homes Incorporated, ABN 60 633 920 577, to support it in the provision of accommodation in accordance with its objects
- The residue of my net estate as outlined in this will instrument OR
- Percentage of my residuary net estate as outlined in this will instrument (specified percentage) OR
- The sum of (specified sum) from my net estate as outlined in this will instrument, OR
- My (specified assets) from my net estate as outlined in this will instrument
for its general purposes free of all duties and taxes payable upon or in consequence of my death and I declare that the receipt of its Chairman or its Treasurer or other authorised officer shall be sufficient discharge to my executors for this bequest.”
