The Cottage Homes is pleased to welcome Megan Papadopoulos to its Board following her appointment at the organisation’s recent 154th Annual General Meeting.
Megan is a senior executive with more than 20 years’ experience across customer experience, operations, digital service delivery, governance and financial services. She currently serves as Head of Virtual Business Servicing at Westpac, where she leads customer servicing for small to medium-sized businesses across virtual channels, driving operational excellence, customer outcomes and strategic transformation.
Throughout her career, Megan has led large, complex operations and major business transformation programs, with expertise spanning customer experience, governance, risk management and financial performance. She is also an experienced company director, having previously served as Chair of Bendigo Financial Planning, as a Board member of Women in Banking and Finance, and on the St Peter’s Woodlands School Council, including as Chair of its Finance Committee.
Megan also brings a strong understanding of the affordable housing sector through previous senior leadership roles with Bendigo and Adelaide Bank and HomeStart Finance, along with a longstanding commitment to financial inclusion and customer advocacy.
