At its 151st Annual General Meeting, The Cottage Homes welcomed two new Board members, adding further skills and diversity to an already strong Board.
The Cottage Homes is excited to announce the appointment of Clare MacAdam and Damian Madigan to its Board.
Clare, an experienced marketing and fundraising executive, brings significant prior Board experience. Clare says “I am passionate about everyone having a safe place to call home. In providing affordable housing for older South Australians who might otherwise be vulnerable, Cottage Homes plays a vital role in our community”. Clare looks forward to sharing in the life of Cottage Homes and meeting our residents.
Damian is an architect and academic, with specific skills and experience in designing low-rise, affordable housing, enabling older people to age in place and remain socially connected. Damian hopes his passion for accessible, equitable, and dignified housing outcomes for people, will be of benefit to The Cottage Homes. We are sure it will be.
