Step 2
FORMALLY APPLY

We will contact you when a vacancy arises.
You will need to inspect the available unit and:
1. Sign an Intent to Apply Form
2. Complete a Formal Application within 21 days of inspection.

Step 3
INTERVIEW

You will meet representatives of The Cottage Homes to discuss your application & your questions.

Step 4
ACCEPTANCE

If you receive a formal offer from The Cottage Homes, within 48 hours you must complete and return the Direct Debit Authorisation agreeing to pay the administration fee & monthly rent in advance.
