Local graphic design studio de.co responded to our brief, to develop a logo which incorporates our rich history as well as demonstrates our place as a provider of contemporary accommodation to meet today’s housing needs.
The graphic element of our new logo represents the cottages, which have safely housed older South Australians for 150 years. The peaked roofs of the cottages also reflect the shapes of the picket fences, which are synonymous with many of our Cottage Homes sites.
The typeface and colour palette reflect a modern organisation, well positioned to provide affordable housing for senior South Australians, well into the future.
Our new branding underlines our longevity as an established housing provider in South Australia, and our strength and stability, which will see us continue our work for many years to come.
